DISCOVERY U4 TO U6 BOYS AND GIRLS
Once a week, for 45' (U4) and for 55' (U5/U6) and supervised by certified educators and young coaches in training. The practices will be composed of motor skills workshops, games and small matches.

LEARNING U7/U8 BOYS AND GIRLS
Once or twice a week, for 55' and supervised by certified educators and young coaches in training, practices will be composed of motor skills workshops, games and small matches.

U9 TO U12 BOYS AND GIRLS CDSO GAME
This program is open to children born between 2010 and 2013 (boys and girls). The Outaouais Regional Soccer Association organizes a winter league from October to March. Your child will participate in games at the Branchaud-Briere complex (499 Labrosse Boulevard, Gatineau) against teams from other clubs in the region. The schedules for this league vary and are managed by Soccer Outaouais. 7 vs 7 match lasting 2 times 25 minutes.

GOALIE CLINIC U9 TO U16 M & F
This program is designed for all players born between 2013 and 2006, who wish to have a specific practice in the position of Goalkeeper. Supervised by a goalie specialist, the 55-minute practices will focus on the technical and athletic development of the child in the goalie position.

CDC DEVELOPMENT U9 TO U12 M&F
This program is for all players born between 2013 and 2010. Supervised by educators, the practices of 55' in the gym and 1h15' at Branchaud-Briere will aim at the technical and athletic development of the child. Groups of levels will be made at each practice to help each one learn.

IMPROVEMENT U13 TO U16 BOYS AND GIRLS
Once or twice a week, for 1 hour and 15 minuts (Branchaud-Briere) and 55 minuts (gymnasium), under the supervision of certified technicians. This program will offer young people a playful and demanding practice based on a methodology that aims at the long-term development of the player.

DAY CAMP (SPRING BREAK)
The CS Aylmer Spring Break Day Camp is open to all children born between 2017 and 2010. During the camp they will participate in indoor and outdoor recreational activities including soccer, group games, and the discovery of other sports.

SENIORS/VETERANS
This program provides an opportunity for seniors/veterans to continue playing their sport in a fun or competitive environment. The Senior/Veterans program is open to all players who were born between 2003 & under.
